Tougher Boxed A-Arms
Your stock A-arms are built for
stock rides. They’re perfect if you only want to ride on flat, easy trails and
never let the pedal hit the floor. That’s not why you ride though. You need
our Polaris RZR Trail S 1000 2″ Forward Offset Boxed A-Arms if you want to
take on tougher trails and have more fun. The offset makes it easy to fit up
to 30” tires and boosts overall stability. Plus, they have the ground
clearance and strength you need to cruise over obstacles and take a beating
without buckling.

A 2” Offset for 30” Tires
When you need to get over a log or a rock, running bigger, 30” tires makes it
easy. The 2” offset gives you plenty of room for bigger tires without a lift.
And the 1.5” of extra ground clearance these boxed controls arms give you let
you cruise over bigger obstacles. They make rough trails feel smooth and keep
rolling forward without getting hung up.

Boxed for Extreme

Our boxed design gives you the strength you need for
unpredictable rides. Even with extra clearance, A-arm impacts happen. But
thanks to their TIG-welded 1/8” heavy-duty steel plating and internal gusset
system, these A-arms can handle just about anything. Their big, burly design
gives them an aggressive look that’s undeniably cool. Plus, they come with
UHMW bushings preinstalled for years of smooth riding.

They’re as
tough as they come, but don’t worry if you manage to break them somehow—we
back them with a lifetime warranty.

Adjustable Pivot

When you load up your RZR with the weight of a bunch of
gear or upgrades, you can screw up your camber and ruin your ride quality.
That’s why our A-arms are built with adjustable pivot blocks set to stock
specs. You don’t have to touch them if you don’t need to, but they make it
easy to fix your camber for a perfect ride.

Keller Ball Joints use a two-piece design that eliminates
the need for a snap ring. They thread onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt,

quality chromoly steel stud combined with an advanced tool-steel body makes
them perfect for bigger machines, bigger tires, and bigger rides. And since
they’re greaseable and rebuildable, you can keep them running perfectly.

doing flips or chasing hills, our proprietary blend of hardened 4340 VAR steel
and zinc plating means this ball joint can take it. Our heavy-duty ball joints
also come with easily-accessible grease zerks and an adjustable design.
