Our lower door inserts are carefully contoured from aluminum to fit the shape
of your machine and give it a sleek exterior look. We use aluminum for these
lower doors for a couple of reasons. First, it’s a super lightweight material,
meaning the addition of these doors won’t slow you down when you’re zooming
down the trails. And second, aluminum is resilient enough to keep up with your
high-performance lifestyle. Each panel is covered with a black powder coat
finish, giving your ZForce 1000 a set of durable doors that are long lasting
