Description
Top of the Industry—GDP Portals
Give your Polaris RZR
Turbo R the extra lift it needs by installing SuperATV’s GDP 4” Portal Gear
Lift. It delivers the height you’ve been looking for and gives you the torque
you need to dominate the trails. And because every rider rides differently, we
designed them with a 15% or 30% gear reduction, your own choice of housing
style, and the option for dual idler gears. With all the options, you’re sure
to choose the perfect portal gear lift for your rig.
What Is
a Dual Idler?
Perfection is a process—and after years of
research and development, our dual idler gear portals are unlike anything
you’ve seen before. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load
gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer
and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don’t do a thing if
they’re not mated perfectly, though. That’s why we use precision CNC grinding
and make our gears from ultra-strong 9310 steel alloy.
Get a
Gear Reduction to Match Your Style
Pick a gear reduction that
matches your style—choose a smaller 15% reduction for faster rides and plenty
of torque. Or you can add bigger tires and take on rougher rides with a bigger
gear reduction—like 30%. It’s the best way to customize your rig.
GDP’s Gear Reduction Reduces Drivetrain Wear
We love
that portal gear lifts put the gear reduction directly in the hub. This leads
to less stress on your machine’s most vital parts, even through rough riding.
Your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission will thank you—and
they’ll last longer, too.
Smartly Designed, Trail-Proven
Strength
”Compromise” isn’t in our vocabulary. GDP is built to
last from the smallest bolt to the industry-leading gears. That’s why they’re
the strongest portal gear lifts on the planet. Our cast and billet aluminum
housings are the thicker and more reliable. Combine that with 5/16” backing
plates made from an advanced steel alloy, and our RZR Turbo R portals are
unstoppable. If you want ultimate strength, this is it.
- Our housings
are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow - Advanced
steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly - Enhance with
Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals - There are no
gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we
tested them
Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and
Bearings
Our portals use:
- Advanced gaskets and O-rings
with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates - A sealed
input gear and double-lipped output seal - 100% sealing coverage
throughout so you can forget about oil leaks - Double-angular contact
output bearings to prevent premature wear - Roller idler and drive
bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing
