1/4″ Polycarbonate Construction
Polycarbonate is one of the best windshield materials you can use. It’s 25
times stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass. And we use 1/4”
polycarbonate—you can count on it to handle the worst rollovers and heavy
blows from debris.
XR Optic Hard Coating
Strength is fantastic, but when you combine that with exceptional scratch
resistance, it’s a winning combo. Our RZR windshields come coated with our XR
Optic Hard Coating on both sides. This coating not only enhances abrasion
resistance, but also shields your windshield from UV rays, scratches, and
