Description
GDP Portals Are the Xpedition’s Best Friend
More ground
clearance, more torque, and bigger tires—they’re the perfect ingredients for
better overlanding adventures. That’s why you need SuperATV’s 4” GDP Portal
Gear Lift on your Polaris Xpedition. It gives you a 4” lift, your choice of a
15% or 30% gear reduction to boost torque, and room for 33” tires. And you can
maximize your strength by choosing billet aluminum housings and dual idler
gears. It’s the portal gear lift built for the best.
- Gives you a 4”
lift and a gear reduction in one package - Choose a 15% or 30% gear
reduction - Maintains OEM suspension angles
- Choose dual idler
gears for ultimate strength
What Is a Dual
Idler?
We’ve put years of research and development into making
our dual idlers the best in the industry. With two idlers in the portal box,
the load gets spread over two gears instead of one. But it doesn’t work unless
the two idler gears are mated perfectly. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours
are. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy. If you
don’t think dual idlers matter, think again. With GDP’s quality and
experience, they take strength to the next level.
Ride How
You Want with 15% and 30% Gear Reductions
GDP portals let you
ride anywhere and everywhere with boosted performance and capability. That’s
because the built-in gear reduction gives you more torque and acceleration. If
you run with big tires or heavy cargo that weighs you down, portals give you
power back. Choose a 15% gear reduction to maintain a high top speed with
plenty of power. Or go over the top with 30% to make sure bigger tires and
heavy loads won’t bog you down.
Portals Protect Your
Drivetrain
GDP Portals put the gear reduction in the hub at the
end of your drivetrain. That means that all your Polaris Xpedition’s
drivetrain components benefit from it. Your axles, differential, prop shafts,
and transmission all work less and will last longer.
The
Strongest Portals You Can Get for Your Xpedition

hundred miles away from nowhere, you need everything on your overlander to be
