Description
RackBoss 2.0 Is the Best Rack You Can Get
Whether your
Mule does work all week or you take it out for weekend adventures, the stock
steering rack will wear out eventually. When it does, your steering will feel
loose and unreliable. That’s why we built a rack that’s better. Put our
RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion on your Kawasaki Mule FXT—it outlasts everything
else on the market. Our X24 Tech reduces wear and tear by over 50%. Your
steering will be tight and responsive for years no matter how your ride.
- X24 dual-bushing design limits wear
- Oversized tie rod end
threads
X24 Tech Changes the Game
Our
X24 Tech makes RackBoss 2.0 the most durable Mule FXT steering rack you can
get. It uses a dual-bushing design that puts PTFE bushings at both ends of the
rack. This keeps unwanted movement in the gears and tension spring to a
minimum. The result is a greater than 50% reduction in wear compared to your
stock rack. Plus, it’s greaseable, so you can keep it clean and smooth.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are
made for casual riders who only need a small boost in overall rod strength.
The flared-out design boosts strength beyond what a standard 7/8” tube would
have. They come paired with our beefed-up tie rod ends that have oversized
threads to strengthen the standard tie rod weak spot. The inner ball and
sockets use 16 mm rack threads and 3/4” rod threads, and the outers tie rod
ends have 14 mm threads.
