It’s the upgrade your Polaris General 1000 needs. Your ride will widen by 10”
and it allows you to run up to 33” tires. You also get more ground clearance,
so you’ll be ready for anything thrown your way. Plus, it gives you better
articulation and stability at high speeds.

This kit includes everything you need for a smooth,
straightforward install. You’ll get A-arms, tie rods, axles, A-arm bushings,
and four Rhino 2.0 Axles. All parts are designed to outperform stock
components. The only thing you’ll need are your ball joints!

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods for Maximum Strength
The
billet aluminum hex tie rod kit is just as high-end as the rest of the Polaris
General 1000 long travel kit. It combines incredible strength with lightweight
construction and a sleek design. Plus, heat-treated chromoly tie rod ends
reinforce the weakest point of your steering system for added durability.

this heavy-duty deserves equally strong axles—which is why it includes Rhino
2.0 Axles. They’re built with chromoly construction and oversized CV joints to
give you maximum strength and durability. We designed them for high
articulation to keep CV temps low, making them perfect for long, tough rides.
Plus, they’re backed by our industry-leading 18-month warranty.

Preassembly Is Available
We want you to hit the trails
as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer to preinstall your ball joints if
you purchase them with this kit! It will save you money and time on removing
and reinstalling your old, worn ball joints. This means more time on the
trail!

NOTE: You must re-use your stock ball joints
if you don’t select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout.

Our heavy-duty ball joints are
built to last. They’re made from tough 4340 VAR steel and are zinc-plated for
extra durability. With grease zerks that are easy to access and an adjustable
design, they’re made for ultimate performance. Our extensive testing shows
they can handle twice the pressure of OEM ball joints.

Duty 300M Ball Joints
We’ve taken the toughest material—300M
grade steel—and combined it with our top-tier engineering to create one of the
strongest ball joints out there. Featuring an easy-access grease zerk and an
adjustable steel-on-steel design, it’s built for easy maintenance and
flexibility. At 2.25x stronger than stock, this ball joint is unbeatable.

Keller Ball Joints
Keller Ball Joints have a two-
piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread directly
onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt, making them nearly impossible to pull
out. They’re built with a tough chromoly steel stud and an advanced tool-steel
body, so they’re ideal for larger machines, bigger tires, and heavier rides.
Plus, they’re greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them running
smoothly for the long haul.
