Description

**RackBoss 2.0 Is on Another Level**
The more you throw your weight around, the more difficult it is to control.
That’s because your stock rack wears over time to give you less responsive
steering. But that’s a thing of the past. Upgrade to SuperATV’s Honda Pioneer
1000 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion. It’s a bigger, better version of our
original RackBoss and uses X24 Tech—a unique dual-bushing design that reduces
wear by over 50%. With RackBoss 2.0, you can run bigger tires and lifts
without ruining your rack.

**Minimizes Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design**
We use a dual PTFE bushing design to prevent the wear and tear that you’re
used to. Thanks to our X24 Tech, which uses tough bushings at both ends of the
rack, RackBoss 2.0 can power through bigger hits with larger tires without
getting sloppy steering. You get like-new operation that lasts longer than any
other Pioneer 1000 steering rack. Plus, the built-in grease fittings allow you
to push out all the crud that can get in when you go hard in mud or water.
It’s only possible with RackBoss 2.0.

**Swaged Tube Tie Rods**
These steel swaged tube tie rods give you excellent strength in a lightweight
package. The flared-out design of the tie rods boosts the strength of the 7/8”
diameter tubing, and the tie rod ends are beefed to eliminate OEM’s weakest
part. These tie rods feature massive 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads
to make them some of the strongest in the industry.

**Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods**
You want to make sure you have a tie rod that can withstand how you ride—our
solid steel bar tie rods are the way way to go. They’re made with 1″ diameter
steel bars. And they’re paired with bigger and better 3/4″ outer heim joint
tie rod ends. That’s not all—they also have rebuildable inner tie rods that
use 3/4″ rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. What does all that mean? They’re
built for hard rides and can handle heavy hits.

**Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods**
If you want the toughest, lightest tie rods around, you need these billet
aluminum hex tie rods. The polished billet construction combined with the hex
design gives them a premium look that will get compliments everywhere you go.
They’re paired with our massively beefed-up tie rod ends that use 3/4” rod
threads and 16 mm rack threads. With awesome strength and industry-leading
looks, you can ride the way you want.
