Description

Dominate Any Trail with Honda Rubicon GDP Portals
Your
Honda Rubicon is a beast, but why not make it unstoppable? SuperATV’s 4” GDP
Portal Gear Lift gives you the power, clearance, and durability to conquer any
terrain. You get power and performance thanks to the lift and gear reduction
built into the hub. And with your choice of a 15% or 30% gear reduction, you
get the perfect balance of torque and speed. With GDP Portals, you’ll be ready
for anything.

Get the Power You Need
With two
gear reduction options, you’re in control. A 30% reduction delivers max torque
for hauling heavy loads and powering through deep mud. Stick with 15% if you
want a speed-friendly setup while still getting that extra boost in torque.

Drivetrain Protection Built In
More power
doesn’t have to mean more wear. GDP Portals put the gear reduction in the hub,
which means your drivetrain stays protected. Plus, the suspension maintains
factory geometry, so your axles run cooler. Plus, the gear reduction goes in
the hub, so your axles, differential, and transmission all benefit from it and
wear less.

Stronger, Smarter, Tougher
We don’t
cut corners—our portals are built to last. Your choice of cast or 6061 billet
aluminum housings, combined with Advanced steel backing plates, make them
tough enough for anything the trail throws at you.

  • Our housings are
reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow
  • Advanced
steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
  • Enhance with
Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals
  • There are no
gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we
    tested them

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and
Bearings

Our portals use:

  • Advanced gaskets and O-rings
with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
  • A sealed
input gear and double-lipped output seal
  • 100% sealing coverage
throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
  • Double-angular contact
output bearings to prevent premature wear
  • Roller idler and drive
bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing
