you beat on your Talon, the less responsive your steering gets. It happens to
every rack eventually. But not anymore. Upgrade to SuperATV’s Honda Talon
1000R RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion. It’s an upgraded version of our original
RackBoss that uses X24 Tech—a unique dual-bushing design that reduces wear by
over 50%. It’s built for the big tires and wicked terrain that would sideline
most rigs.

Boosted Durability with a Dual-Bushing

RackBoss 2.0 removes almost all unwanted internal play by
using our X24 dual bushing design. With heavy-duty PTFE bushings positioned at
both ends of the rack, the rack gear and tension spring are nearly motionless.
Without extra play, you can ride harder with bigger, heavier upgrades and
still see less wear than a stock Honda 1000R steering rack. That durability is
boosted even more with the inclusion of a grease zerk that makes it easy to
keep it running smooth.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our steel swaged tube tie rods give you exceptional strength in a lightweight
package. The flared-out design makes the 7/8″ diameter tubing even more
durable. Plus the tie rod ends are made stronger to eliminate stock’s biggest
weak spot. With massive 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads, these tie
rods rank among the industry’s toughest.

Solid Steel Bar Tie

Our solid steel tie rods are made with 1” diameter bar and
paired with our industry-leading chromoly tie rod ends. Our heim joint ends
use massive 3/4” threads to make them as beefy as possible, and our
rebuildable inner ball and sockets have 16 mm rack threads to bolster
durability. With all that strength, you can ride better and longer than ever.

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
For the toughest,
lightest, and sleekest looking set of tie rods you’ve ever seen, go with our
billet aluminum hex rods. The polished billet hex design gives you an
unmistakable look that will turn heads everywhere you go. They come complete
with our oversized tie rod ends and rebuildable ball and sockets. Our ends use
3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads to make sure every bit of this
steering system is as strong as it can be.
