The RackBoss 2.0 is designed
to dominate. It uses our X24 Technology, which eliminates extra movement from
internal parts with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack. That
saves your tension spring by reducing unnecessary stress. Overall, X24
Technology reduces wear and tear by 50%. It also includes a specially designed
grease fitting for easy access to relubricate after a day of heavy mud and
water riding. Basically, that means our rack and pinion lasts longer, even

Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Swaged tube tie rods offer a
combination of strength and lightweight design. The 7/8” diameter tubing
flares out to make them even tougher. They use massive 16 mm inner ball and
sockets and 14 mm outer tie rod ends. That makes the weakest OEM spot stronger
than ever. They’re perfect for casual riders who never want to break down.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
There’s a reason why
people say “tough as steel,” and it’s the same reason we chose steel for these
tie rods. We use heavy-duty 1” diameter solid bar tie rods that are powder
coated to eliminate rust and corrosion. We also use heavy-duty heim joints for
superior articulation and adjustability—and better support for larger tires.
Beefy 16 mm rack threads and 3/4” rod threads reinforce the weakest points on
most tie rods for unbeatable strength and reliability. If you need a hardcore

Aluminum Hex Tie Rods

Our billet aluminum rods are nothing like
you’ve ever seen before. They give you a polished billet finish combined with
a tough hex design. And they’re incredibly strong despite being lightweight.
We pair them with our oversized tie rod ends that use 3/4” rod threads and 16
mm rack threads. It’s a win-win—you get the performance you’re looking for and
the style to match.
