Description
The Toughest Rack and Pinion for Your Teryx’s Big Lift
If your Teryx’s steering is getting sloppy, it’ll ruin your ride. Your stock
rack and pinion will wear out over time, but we’ve got the solution for that.
SuperATV’s Kawasaki Teryx RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is made to outlast
everything else on the market. Our X24 technology reduces wear by more than
50%. So feel free to go big with lifts, huge tires, and all the tough upgrades
you want—your steering will stay rock-solid with a RackBoss 2.0 Rack and
Pinion.
- Designed for SuperATV’s 6” Lift Kit
- X24 dual-bushing design limits
wear - Improved tie rods and tie rod ends
Unbeatable Dual-Bushing Design
X24 tech makes RackBoss
2.0 rack and pinion the toughest out there. It uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings
on both ends to eliminate slop in the gears and tension spring. This leads to
more than a 50% reduction in wear and tear. Plus, it comes with a built-in
grease fitting, so you can keep everything clean and lubricated.
Solid Steel Bar Z-Bend Tie Rods
We pair the RackBoss 2.0
with some seriously tough tie rods. These are no joke—they’re solid 1″ steel
bars with gusseted Z-bends for extra strength and dependability. They feature
inner ball and sockets that use 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads along
with 14 mm outer tie rod ends. You won’t come across a sturdier set of tie
rods for your Teryx, that’s for sure.
