You’re not the kind of rider to
slow down when you face a challenge. The best way through is to put the pedal
down and go–until you blow your OEM transmission. Install SuperATV’s Heavy-
Duty Complete Transmission on your Polaris RZR 900. It’s better than your
stock tranny so you can ride hard without dealing with slipped gears or
transmission problems. With perfectly meshing gears, a beefed-up case, and
completely upgraded internals, this transmission pushes as hard as you do.
A Better Reverse Chain
Stock RZR transmissions
run with a weak single reverse chain that breaks often. Ours uses a double
chain that’s nearly twice as strong as OEM. You can throw it in reverse in
thick mud and steep inclines without worrying about popping it.
Pinion and Snorkel Gears That Know How to Part
Our
pinion and snorkel gear set is the toughest you can get. They’re made with
9310 alloy steel–one of the toughest gear materials on the planet. They’re
perfectly lapped, which is a fancy way of saying they’re already broken-in
together. You get cool, quiet, and smooth performance from the first ride.
Combine that with the 200M front output shaft, and you know this transmission
won’t pull any punches.
Beefed Up Pinion Bearing
Retainer
There’s a fatal flaw in stock Polaris RZR transmissions
that you might overlook–the pinion bearing retainer. The weak OEM one lets
your pinion gear pull away from the snorkel gear. When that happens, they can
chip teeth and grenade out the side. Our bigger, beefier pinion bearing
retainer doesn’t let that happen.
A Rock Solid Case
The transmission case holds everything together. If it flexes at all,
gears could strip and you’re left without a functioning RZR 900. Ours is
thicker and stronger. With 68% more metal around the OEM weak points of the
snorkel tube and axle output, it’s a case you can count on. Plus, we added
support ribs and gussets to further stiffen and cool the transmission. We made
sure it’s a transmission case that will take you anywhere.
Choose Your Gear Reduction
This transmission comes with
the option to run a stock, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5% gear reduction so you have the
torque and more power you want. Extra torque will have you jumping off the
line quicker, pulling through mud or over hills easier, and turning bigger
tires like they’re stock.
