Description
Unstoppable GDP Portals for the Pro S
Don’t get stuck in
the mud! Upgrade your Polaris RZR Pro S with SuperATV’s 6″ Portal Gear Lift.
You’ll get more torque to push through deep mud and a lift to conquer tough
terrain—all with massive tires. Choose from a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction,
plus your choice of cast or billet aluminum housing. Want to go all out? Our
dual idler option gives you even more strength. No matter how you ride,
there’s a GDP lift built for you.
What Are Dual Idler
Gears?
Why do dual idlers matter? Two idler gears spread the
load across twice the surface area, making torque transfer more reliable. That
means unbeatable durability for your gears. We craft our gears from ultra-
tough 9310 steel alloy and CNC precision grind them for a flawless fit. In
simple terms, these portals are built to last. Mud, rocks, and nasty trails
don’t stand a chance.
Pick the Right Gear Reduction
Your gear reduction choice is key. A lower reduction keeps your top speed
higher while still boosting torque. A higher reduction gives you max power but
lowers top speed. With 30%, 45%, and 60% options, you can fine-tune your setup
for the perfect balance of performance and speed.
Protect
Your Drivetrain
With GDP portals, the gear reduction is right in
the hub. That means less stress on your transmission, axles, differential,
prop shaft, and CVs. Less wear and tear means fewer expensive repairs—your
drivetrain will thank you.
GDP Portals Are Built to Take a
Beating
We designed GDP portals to be as tough as your RZR. From
billet aluminum housings to heavy-duty 5/16” steel alloy backing plates, every
piece is made to handle serious abuse. Ride hard and push limits—these portals
can take it.
- Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and
optimized for oil flow - Advanced steel alloy backing plates are
stronger than chromoly - Enhance with —Portal Blood gear oil formulated for GDP
Portals - There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm
than good—we know because we tested them
Advanced
Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:
