SuperATV’s Scratch
Resistant Flip Down Windshield for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 puts you in control
of your ride. When in the closed position, you’ve got a solid full windshield
to protect against wind, rain, and trail debris. But in a matter of seconds,
it can be flipped down and secured, giving you a half windshield. Being in
charge of how much airflow gets into your cab means you’re guaranteed a
comfortable ride every single time, no matter the weather.

Functional and Convenient
Installing this machine on
your RZR XP 1000 is just about as easy as can be. The hood brackets can be
installed by hand and using existing mounting points, so no drilling is
required. The rugged Velcro straps that hold your windshield in place are
designed to withstand all weather conditions. We also made sure the folding
hinge sits below your line of sight, so no matter which position the
windshield is in, you’ll never have to worry about your view being obstructed.
Each SuperATV windshield is cut to match your machine’s curves perfectly, so
it won’t rattle, won’t slip, and will always look great.

Polycarbonate Construction
At SuperATV, we make all of
our windshields from 1/4” polycarbonate sheets, because it’s the only material
proven to deliver the strength you deserve. Polycarbonate is twenty-five times
stronger than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass, so you know it’s
tough enough to handle whatever your ride throws its way.

Optic Hard Coating
Impact-resistant polycarbonate is pretty dang
impressive, but do you know what makes it even better? Scratch resistance. We
use our proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating on both sides of this windshield to
deliver maximum scratch and abrasion resistance. XR Optic also protects
against chemicals and UV rays, both of which help your windshield to maintain
optimal clarity over long periods of time.

Get two windshields in one with a RZR 1000 Flip Down
Windshield from SuperATV. Our flip down polycarbonate windshield acts as a
full windshield when installed. Go from a full windshield to a half windshield
in under a minute. Just unstrap then flip it down when you need a breeze. You
can even easily remove the whole windshield when the weather’s nice.

You are in control and installation is as easy as can be. The hood
brackets can be mounted by hand with a screwdriver (using an existing mounting
point) and the rest of the installation can be done without tools! We use
rugged Velcro straps designed for any weather conditions to attach the
windshield to the frame, and to the hood when folded down. The folding hinge
is designed to be lower than any rider’s line of sight, so whether you have it
flipped up or down, there’s nothing blocking your view of the trail. Our
windshield is precision cut to match the contour of your RZR 1000 hood and
comes with enough gaskets to complete the seal around the edges. Your
windshield won’t rattle, won’t slip, and each looks great because it was made
custom just for your RZR 1000.

Scratch Resistant
Polycarbonate
Our scratch-resistant polycarbonate model comes
with an MR-10 equivalent UV resistant hard coating. It gives our windshields
scratch resistance greater than any acrylic windshield and UV protection to
maintain high optical clarity for the lifetime of the machine.

Tests show that our hard coating gets the job done. Whether you’re routinely
cleaning or using a windshield wiper, we found no noticeable deterioration
after 100,000+ wipes. You can be confident that our hard-coated polycarbonate
windshield will be clear, no matter what the trail throws at it.
