Description
RackBoss 2.0 Raises the Bar
It doesn’t matter whether
you ride hard or take it easy on your XP Kinetic—the stock steering rack is
gonna wear out and make your handling feel loose eventually. That’s why we
built a better rack. Install our RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion on your Polaris
Ranger XP Kinetic—it’s designed to outlast everything on the market. Our X24
technology reduces wear by over 50%, so you can go big and go hard. Your
steering will be tight and responsive no matter what.
- X24 dual-
bushing design limits wear - Oversized tie rod end threads
- Your choice of tie rods
X24 Tech Is
Unbeatable
Our X24 tech separates RackBoss 2.0 from everything
else on the market. This dual-bushing design uses PTFE bushings at both ends
of the rack to limit movement in the gears and tension spring. The result is a
more than 50% reduction in wear compared to stock. Plus, the rack is
greaseable, so you can keep it clean and lubricated.
Swaged
Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are built for tough but
lightweight performance. The flared-out design boosts strength beyond what a
standard 7/8” tube would have. They come paired with our beefed-up tie rod
ends that have oversized threads to eliminate the stock weak spots. The inners
use 16 mm rack threads and 3/4” rod threads, and the outers have 14 mm
threads.
Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
Our solid
steel bar tie rods give you tons of strength for rougher rides. They’re
perfect for sloppy mud holes, boulder fields, and everything in between. The
1” diameter steel rod is paired with beefy tie rod ends that have 3/4” rod
threads and 16 mm rack threads. That’s serious strength for serious riders.
Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
For the
strongest, lightest, and best-looking tie rods you can get for your Kinetic,
look no further than our billet aluminum hex tie rods. The polished aluminum
hex design is a head turner, but it backs up that style with extreme
durability and low weight. They come with our awesome tie rod ends that have
3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. These rods are the best of the best.
