Description
RackBoss 2.0 Changes the Game
The fate of every rack is
to wear down over time, get sloppy, and make your steering responsiveness feel
terrible. That all changes with RackBoss 2.0. It’s an evolution of our
original RackBoss and designed to be the strongest, most durable rack on the
market. It uses X24 Tech—a dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50%
compared to stock. You can’t find that kind of improvement anywhere else. Get
SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion installed on your Polaris RZR S 1000.
With it, you can run bigger tires, take on treacherous terrain, and ride with
confidence everywhere you go.
Less Wear and Tear with Our
Dual-Bushing Design
What makes RackBoss 2.0 so good at
preventing slop? It’s engineered with X24 Tech—heavy-duty PTFE bushings at
both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. Reducing play also
keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended
internal movement, this rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and
hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next
best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting, you can push fresh grease
through after you go deep in mud or water.
Solid Steel Bar
Tie Rods
For a beefy tie rod setup, you want to go with solid
steel bar tie rods. They’re made with 1” diameter steel bars that are paired
with bigger, better tie rods you’ll love—3/4” outer heim joint tie rods and
rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
Altogether, they’re built for hard hits, big tires, and wild rides.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
For lightweight strength you can
count on, get our swaged tube tie rods. They use a 7/8” steel tube that’s
flared out to boost strength and eliminate shearing. Plus, they’re paired with
our top-shelf, oversized tie rod ends. They use 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm
rod threads to make sure the most common failure points are as tough as they
can be. This setup is perfect for folks that push the limits of their stock
machine.
Looking for a More Traditional Rack?
If you don’t need all the benefits of a RackBoss 2.0, you can dial it back to
our original, more traditional RackBoss 1.0. It uses the same beefy housing
but doesn’t include the extra PTFE bushing. Our RackBoss 1.0 Rack and Pinion
comes with steel swaged tubes that are tougher than stock and perfect for
casual riders looking for an upgrade. It’s finished with our tough 14 mm inner
and outer tie rod ends so you can ride harder without worry.
