Smart Design
We
make our windshields right here in our facility so we can ensure a perfect fit
on your RZR 1K. With a full-length rubber bulb seal and secure clamps, you get
a snug, rattle-free fit that won’t let the elements in around the edges. Our
design also makes it easy to install, and you can remove it in a minute or two
when the weather’s warm.

Why do we use polycarbonate for our RZR XP 1000
windshield? Because it’s the most impact-resistant windshield material you can
get, period. Our 1/4” polycarbonate is 250 times stronger than glass and 25
times stronger than acrylic. You don’t have to worry about cracking or
breaking regardless of what the trail throws at you.

Scratch Resistant
Polycarbonate
Our windshield is made with 1/4″ hard coated
polycarbonate. It’s 250 times stronger than glass (aka you won’t break it) and
it’s nearly as abrasion resistant as glass. This windshield can take hits from
rocks, bushes, branches, and your angry neighbor without significant
scratching or scuffing.

Standard Polycarbonate

Our windshield is available as a non-hard coated standard polycarbonate
as well. This 1/4″ polycarbonate is still the strongest windshield material
available and will stop anything from getting into the cab. It’s perfect for
keeping out the elements for a casual rider. Scratch
Resistant
Our scratch resistant version has been hard coated on
both sides so that it can take hits from branches and rocks without becoming a
streaky mess of scratches. It’ll protect you from both debris and cold wind
and is available in both clear and tinted variations.

Our hard
coating is so scratch resistant that our tests show it can withstand 100,000+
wipes without showing signs of wear. Clean it all you want because that’s more
than enough for the lifetime of the windshield. When you need the best of the

Lexan
Lexan is up to 200 times stronger than glass and
will protect you from heavy impacts from rocks, branches, or gravel. Lexan is
not hard coated and it is not recommended for riders with a hand-wiper.

Polaris RZR 1000 Full Windshield

Help protect
you and your passenger from sticks and other flying debris while blazing the
trail with a SuperATV windshield – the best off-road windshield on the market.
With many protection and tint options to choose from, each windshield is a
super tough polycarbonate construction with a bottom seal that’s contoured to
your ride’s design. Our tinted and non-tinted, 1/4″ hard coated abrasive
resistant material is much stronger than your average UTV windshield. We’ve
also beefed up the scratch resistance by hard coating this style windshield on
both sides for years of use.
